Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Condominium Manager to be part of their Facilities Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area, easily accessible.
Duties of Condominium Manager:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the condominium.
Work closely with the headquarters portfolio team to deliver quality property management services.
Implement initiatives to enhance service standards and resident satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with the property’s council members, residents, and stakeholders.
Plan and supervise general maintenance and upkeep of the property.
Develop and enforce emergency and crisis management protocols.
Manage budgets, financial transactions, and cost controls.
Ensure compliance with BMSMA, government regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Well versed with BMSMA laws relating to Condominium.
Comfortable with 5.5 days alternate work week.
