A facilities management company in Singapore is looking for a Condominium Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage maintenance and repairs, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate holds a Degree/Diploma in Estate Management with at least 2 years of experience in condominium management and is proficient in MS Office and related management apps.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the condominium
Ability to lead a team of site staff
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Supervise and co-ordinate all maintenance, repairs and improvement works to the condominium
Manage contracts and performance of service providers according to contractual requirements and/or government regulations
Manage expenditure , budgets, financial records and vendor contracts
Ensure compliance with Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA), relevant laws, government rules & regulations and policies
Prepare agendas, minutes recording and convene and attend all councils meetings & AGM.
Required qualifications:
Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Building or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in condominium management
Proficiency in MS office and IT Savvy to operate condominium apps
Knowledge of BMSMA and understanding of general building defects wil
