Join the dynamic and growing team at Newman Property Consultants as a Condominium Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of condominiums. Your attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional customer service will be key to success in this position.
What you'll be doing
Manage the administrative and financial operations of assigned condominium properties
Liaise with residents, owners, and contractors to address any issues or concerns
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of common areas, amenities, and facilities
Ensure compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and by-laws
Prepare budgets, financial reports, and other required documentation
Coordinate and oversee the work of service providers and vendors
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in condominium or facilities management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in financial management and reporting
Thorough understanding of BMSMA, relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
