About the role

Join the dynamic and growing team at Newman Property Consultants as a Condominium Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of condominiums. Your attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional customer service will be key to success in this position.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the administrative and financial operations of assigned condominium properties
  • Liaise with residents, owners, and contractors to address any issues or concerns
  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of common areas, amenities, and facilities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and by-laws
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and other required documentation
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of service providers and vendors

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in condominium or facilities management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in financial management and reporting
  • Thorough understanding of BMSMA, relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
