JOB SCOPES

1. Manage and supervise staff of assigned properties
2. Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all the sites
3. Plan, execute and supervise all the facilities' management and operational activities
4. Conduct meetings, project coordination in residential/Commercial strata development
5. Lead a team of technical officers or technicians in troubleshooting, preventive management and breakdown maintenance

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Candidate with self-drive possesses Professional Certificate/ Diploma or degree in Estate Management or related disciplines.
2. Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.
3. Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
4. Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act.
