The Product(Concrete) Specialist (Manager/Senior Manager) plays a critical role in supporting the lifecycle of concrete batching plant products through market analysis, technical expertise, and collaboration with sales, engineering, and production teams. This role focuses on product positioning, technical communication, customer support, and driving improvements to meet evolving market demands.
Responsibilities:
- Champion brand culture and identity.

- Endorse marketing materials.
- Generate Ideas for New Products: Identify market trends, finalize product ideas, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensure Product Relevance and Suitability: Oversee product improvement strategies and long-term feasibility.
- Conduct Market Testing and Launches: Develop channel strategies, craft value propositions, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- Review new product features for regulatory compliance.
- Drive product performance in alignment with overall business strategies and customer preferences.
- Conduct regular reporting and presentations on product performance.
- Analyze competitor activities.
- Support global market plant configuration and solutions.
- Provide technical explanations and briefings for internal staff and external customers.
- Stay updated on design, materials, techniques, and technology trends.
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory and trade guidelines.
- Support for costings if required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related); MBA is a plus.
- 5–10 years in product management or technical roles within construction equipment or concrete plant industry.
- Strong understanding of concrete batching plant systems, product configuration, and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product performance evaluation.
- Able to present complex technical information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with sales, engineering, production, and marketing teams.
- Willing to travel regionally or globally for customer support, product launches, and technical briefings
