Join our concierge Team to service Singapore-based clients.

You will work through WhatsApp to manage queries (15-25 per day) from 9m to 6pm to book health screenings and health services with other clinics.

Standard response must be within 1 hour from the queries sent via WhatsApp.

You can work from home.

Working days: Friday to Tuesday (including PH)

Monthly Allowance: SGD700

You must have your own computer and can speak fluent English.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our concierge team, assisting Singapore-based clients with health service bookings. In this role, you will manage client queries through WhatsApp, ensuring timely responses and support for their health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 15-25 client queries per day through WhatsApp, focusing on health screenings and health services bookings with partner clinics.
  • Ensure that all client queries receive a standard response within 1 hour.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and guiding them through the booking process.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication while managing expectations and providing timely updates.
  • Work independently from home, ensuring consistent availability during the working hours.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Own a computer and have reliable internet access.
  • Able to work from 9AM to 6PM, Friday to Tuesday, including PH.
