Job Responsibilities

As the Sales & Partnership Manager for UOB Travel Concierge, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients seeking premium travel services, while also building and managing partnerships with travel-related products and experiences. This is a dual-facing role requiring a strong background in B2C and B2B sales, with deep knowledge of the luxury or experiential travel market.


Sales & Revenue Management:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel products and services (e.g., accommodations, tours, transportation, dining experiences).
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.

Partnership Development:
  • Formulate and execute co-branded promotions and campaigns to drive mutual growth.
  • Build long-term relationships with partners that enhance the travel offering.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure service level agreements are met.

Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine approaches and uncover new sales & partnership opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • GCE “O”/”A” or Diploma holder with minimum 5 years’ sales experience in travel industry and / or concierge service industry
  • Experience working in or selling to luxury or high-net-worth clientele.
  • Familiarity with global travel trends and destinations.
  • Possess good knowledge of travel products and be well versed in airfares, hotel and travel reservations and global distribution systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent team player focused on achieving individual and team goals
  • IATA /UTFTAA certificate would be an advantage
