Concierge/Receptionist
We are looking for an experienced concierge/receptionist to work with our dynamic team in Singapore, efficiently managing visitors, calls, and tasks.
Job Scope:
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service and hospitality
- Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and provide assistance as needed
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Working Hours:
- 6 days a week, 12-hour shift
