- Member Engagement & Relationship Management
Serve as the first point of contact for members via phone, email, or in person.
Develop strong relationships with members to understand their preferences, needs, and expectations.
Provide timely and professional responses to all member inquiries and concerns. - Onboarding & Orientation
Manage the onboarding process for new members, including welcome packages, facility tours, and account setup.
Educate members on services, benefits, and policies to ensure they maximize the value of their membership. - Service Coordination
Assist members with reservations, bookings, or access to exclusive services and events.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill member requests (e.g., dining, spa, personal training, or event services). - Membership Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in CRM or membership databases.
Support billing, renewals, cancellations, and upgrades in accordance with company policies. - Event Support & Community Building
Promote and assist with planning and execution of member events and engagement activities.
Gather feedback to improve services and enhance the overall member experience. - Reporting & Feedback
Prepare regular reports on member satisfaction, feedback, and engagement metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve services and recommend enhancements to management
