Mummys Market is looking for a service-driven and highly organized Concierge Coordinator to manage our Concierge Experience. This role ensures a seamless journey for parents by assisting them in arranging appointments and trial sessions with selected partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for parents seeking guided bookings
• Understand parent preferences and recommend suitable options
• Coordinate with partner providers to arrange scheduled appointments
• Follow up with both parties to ensure confirmation within specific hour
• Maintain clear and organized records of all requests, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Provide friendly, professional support to ensure a smooth experience
• Build strong working relationships with partners to ensure responsiveness and availability
• Develop a basic tracking system to monitor booking status and engagement metrics
• Continuously optimize internal processes to enhance service efficiency
