The scope of services include:
i) analysing, designing, developing, testing and maintaining the Microsoft SharePoint system for the campus community.
ii) attending to helpdesk ticket assistance and troubleshooting.
iii) enhancement to existing system / new project development work.
iv) support, bug fixes, addressing vulnerability issues/fixes of existing systems.
v) maintenance of up-to-date documentation of program changes and testing procedure.
vi) provision of monthly work progress report records.
