Job Description:

• Provide IT hardware service and support on desktops, laptops, and printers for end users and corporate customers. This includes, but is not limited to, break-fix, installation, deployment, relocation, and ad-hoc projects.
• Provide timely updates to customers on service appointments and service status until the closure of incident reports.
• Work closely with dispatchers, leads, and supervisors to ensure all jobs are completed and closed in a timely manner.
• Escalate promptly to supervisors regarding customer satisfaction issues and technical challenges.
• Accurately document parts usage, including but not limited to, proper accounting and record-keeping.
• The company reserves the right to seek reimbursement from staff for mishandling, misuse, or damage of parts due to negligence, especially if it results in customer compensation.
• Adhere to the company's coding guidelines and diagnostic procedures as updated periodically.
• Ensure compliance with BFT and SLA requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
