Computer Operations and Network Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily computer operations, ensuring systems are running optimally and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of IT operations.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure systems maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting are performed according to best practices.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports to inform stakeholders about operational efficiency and areas for improvement.
• Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
• Replace faulty network hardware components when required.
• Maintain, configure, and monitor virus protection software and email applications.
• Monitor network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
• Confer with network users about solving existing system problems.
