A leading company in shipping is seeking a qualified individual to manage accounts receivables, assist with audits, and support administrative tasks. The role requires a bachelor's degree and fluency in both Chinese and English, with a focus on organization and efficient task management under pressure. Candidates must be Singaporean citizens or PR holders and be adaptable to short-term business trips between China and Singapore.
Responsibilities
1.Maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables.
2.Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues in processing the financial statements.
3.Maintain efficient client services and provide support to administration staff.
4.Responsible to receive and verify bills and requisitions for goods and services.
5.Assist in audit and accounting related word, offer support to the finance team as needed.
6.Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
7.Process general administration functions.
8.Evaluate all agreements and invoices and organize customer contracts.
9.Analyze the transactions with financial policies and procedures.
10.Prepare records of minutes of meeting.
11.Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub-ledger.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above is required. Candidates majoring in human resources management, financial management, or related fields will be given priority.
Language Proficiency: Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English are essential, including the ability to express ideas proficiently in both written and oral forms in these two languages.
Work Experience: A minimum of 3 - 5 years of work experience in administration, human resources, finance, or related fields is required. Preference will be given to those who are familiar with the workflow and methods of comprehensive administrative work.
Professional Skills: Proficiency in using Office software is required, with the ability to efficiently handle document processing, data statistics and analysis, as well as prepare presentation reports. Additionally, a basic understanding of financial knowledge, including familiarity with fundamental financial bookkeeping and reimbursement procedures, is necessary.
Competencies: Strong communication and organizational coordination skills are needed to effectively allocate various tasks and ensure the orderly progress of work. Candidates should also possess excellent stress - resistance, maintaining a positive attitude and working efficiently in a high - pressure environment.
Other Requirements: Must hold Singaporean citizenship or Permanent Resident (PR) status and be able to adapt to short - term business trips between China and Singapore.
