Job description

Position: Trust Advisor & Executive Assistant to Director

Location: Suntec Tower

Working Days: 5 days a week, 9 AM – 6 PM

Salary Range: Junior: $4,000 - $5,000 + AWS (No VB); Senior: $5,000 - $6,800 + AWS (No VB)

Environment: Family Office managing funds, investments, and charity from the allocated budget

Summary:
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support the Executive Director and work closely with the principal.
  • Ideal candidates have experience from trust consultancy, law, or accountancy firms.
  • Preferred experience as a legal secretary, trust specialist, trust manager, or legal specialist.
  • Experience in trust administration, legal documentation, or fund investment is highly preferred.
  • Assist the Director in reviewing legal and trust documents from external law firms or trust agencies.
  • Provide legal advice on trust duties and related legal issues.
Job Duties:
  1. Provide administrative support and solutions aligned with company and group needs.
  2. Create, format, and proofread documents such as letters, reports, memos, and presentations.
  3. Transcribe voice recordings of meetings or conference calls.
  4. Draft, review, and comment on emails, agreements, and documents for the Executive Director.
  5. Identify and evaluate legal and compliance risks within the company and group.
  6. Monitor regulatory changes and developments.
  7. Track deadlines, update statuses, and maintain internal databases and reports.
  8. Manage and organize files, documents, and digital databases.
  9. Assist in office management tasks.
  10. Perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the Executive Director.
