Job description

We are seeking a passionate individual to ensure regulatory adherence and financial integrity. Responsibilities will include managing compliance processes and financial documentation, collaborating closely with internal teams, and ensuring accurate accounting practices. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in both compliance and accounting within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities: -

  • Assist in compliance matters including: -
  • Conducting a full spectrum of CDD/EDD for the company’s customers;
  • Reviewing key aspects of company’s operations to ensure adherence to the applicable statutory rules and regulations, MAS notices and guidelines, SGX rules and company’s policies and procedures; and
  • Resolving compliance-related questions and queries from management and colleagues.
  • Assist in financial matters including:-
  • Monitoring monthly transactions, bookkeeping and accounting;
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reporting to headquarters;
  • Assisting in the preparation for audits and inspections; and
  • Handling general ad-hoc administrative and ad-hoc secretarial works from the CEO and team.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification in compliance, finance, audit, or other related fields / A-level applicable.
  • Relevant certification in AML / CFT, risk and governance would be a bonus.
  • 2 to 3 years experience required; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
