Compliance Officer

Location: Jurong East
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Time: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Basic Salary: $3500 - $4500
Entitled to Bonuses + Career Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations, including ACRA, MAS, and AML/CFT requirements.

• Manage client onboarding, conducting due diligence and KYC in line with regulatory standards.

• Develop and update compliance policies to reflect regulatory changes.

• Assess compliance risks in clients and activities, recommending mitigation measures.

• Maintain a compliance monitoring program and report breaches with corrective actions.

• Conduct training on compliance, AML/CFT, and policy updates for staff.

• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and process alignment.

• Serve as the main contact for regulators and ensure timely reporting and compliance updates.

Requirements

• Familiar with Singapore’s regulatory requirements for CSPs, including ACRA, AML/CFT, and MAS guidelines.

• Knowledge in compliance within a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) or financial services environment.
