Compliance Manager

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in promoting the management and control of high-quality development in the region.
• Cooperate with the Legal Department and the Corporate Development Department of the headquarter to fulfill compliance due-diligence per regional company compliance management standards (including license management).
• Cooperate with the Supervision and Audit department of the headquarter to implement regional company risk management and comprehensive internal control management.
• Responsible for organizing and guiding the operating companies in the region to carry out compliance management and internal control management.
• Responsible for establishing and improving the early warning system of local compliance operation in the region and within its operating companies.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic requirement: Undergraduate (Bachelor’s degree)
• Major in law and holds Singapore Practicing Certificate
• Familiar with Singapore TMT laws and regulations
• Experience in compliance management in Singapore companies is preferred
