Job summary

Moomoo Singapore is seeking a Compliance Intern to support the compliance team in ensuring adherence to laws, regulations and internal policies. The role provides exposure to client complaint handling, review of marketing and client-facing materials, and governance projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement the company's compliance framework and carry out day-to-day activities, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines with no loss of accuracy.
• A proactive and reliable team player but can also work well independently.
• English speaking with Mandarin fluency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the review and investigation of client complaints, including gathering relevant information, preparing case summaries and timelines, maintaining complaint records, and supporting the preparation of responses and regulatory reporting where required.
• Support the Compliance team in reviewing marketing materials, campaigns, social media content and other client-facing communications to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Conduct periodic reviews of service providers to assess their ongoing compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Participate in ad hoc projects and duties where assigned and ensure the effective discharge of the tasks assigned.
