Compliance Executives(Risk Mgt/Data Analysis, Ang Mo Kio)

Responsibilities

Governance & Risk Management

1. Work closely with the Lead, Compliance & Risk Management Office (CRMO) to provide oversight over the Organization's adherence to legislative and regulatory standards;
2. Keep abreast of regulatory and legislative changes and provide updates on regulatory changes and/or legislative requirements to Management & employees;
3. Conduct process reviews on the various business functions of the Organization to assess effectiveness of internal controls;
4. Maintain regular oversight of risks in business operations and implement mitigating controls to align with Organization's risk appetite.

Data Governance

1. Provide guidance and support to the Data Protection committees within the Organization;
2. Evaluate, implement and monitor personal data protection compliance policies, procedures, controls and/or remediation measures.

Education & Awareness

1. Foster a data protection culture amongst employees and communicate personal data protection policies to stakeholders;
2. Administer and conduct compliance training to employees, and other educational events/activities to raise awareness on risks, data protection and compliance.

Ad-hoc Duties

1. Support any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by supervisor and Management.

Requirements

1. Degree or Diploma Holder;
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of risk management, data protection or internal audit;
3. Those with a keen interest to grow professionally in the fields of data governance & risk management are welcome to apply;
4. Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Practitioner in Data Protection, Certified Information Privacy Professional, etc.) will be an added advantage;
5. Ability to work independently, objectively and constructively;
6. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to work with various stakeholders;
7. Analytical and meticulous with strong attention to detail;
8. Energetic, systems-minded and solutions-oriented.
