Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform review of onboarding new clients per AML/KYC regulations.
• Periodic review of transactions for potential trading malpractices.
• Maintain Compliance Monitoring Plan for regulatory deadlines.

uSMART Singapore is looking to expand its team in this region and is currently looking for a candidate for the above position.

To be effective in the role,

You will:

Compliance

• Perform review of onboarding of new clients in accordance with relevant AML/KYC regulatory requirements
• Perform periodic review of transactions and investigation with respect to potential trading malpractices identified
• Perform ongoing AML/CFT review and monitoring of client accounts
• Assisting on Compliance enquiries from Customer Service Team
• Maintaining a Compliance Monitoring Plan to ensure regulatory deadlines are met
Assist in any other ad-hoc task as required

Requirements:

You are,

• a Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
• preferrable to have experience in Compliance related or AML related work
• fresh graduates with positive attitudes are welcome
• expected to work closely with overseas offices in China and Hong Kong hence proficiency in mandarin will be an added plus
