About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Director / Assistant Director / Senior Manager to lead the Compliance team in support of the Gain City group of companies.

Beyond ensuring all operations adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements, you will identify potential risk areas, design audit frameworks, ensure that effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented across the organisation and lead the adoption of technology to enhance daily activities. In this critical leadership role, you will collaborate closely with business units to promote a strong compliance culture, safeguard operational integrity and ensure we meet evolving governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Compliance Department and ensure regulatory and internal compliance
  • Identify the likely risks associated with the business operations and develop a compliance audit plan, prioritising the higher risk areas
  • Ensure the compliance audits and investigations are appropriately conducted
  • Identify and analyse trends, and proactively assist the business units in identifying appropriate remedial and preventive actions to avoid recurrence
  • Prepare reports on compliance findings, analytics and corrective actions
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience
