About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented professional to lead our Compliance Department and ensure all operations adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements. In this critical leadership role, you will identify potential risk areas, design audit frameworks, and ensure that effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented across the organisation.

You will collaborate closely with business units to promote a strong compliance culture, safeguard operational integrity, and ensure we meet evolving governance standards. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Compliance Department and ensure regulatory and internal compliance

  • Identify the likely risks associated with the business operations and develop a compliance audit plan, prioritising the higher risk areas

  • Ensure the compliance audits and investigations are appropriately conducted

  • Identify and analyse trends, and proactively assist the business units in identifying appropriate remedial and preventive actions to avoid recurrence

  • Prepare reports on compliance findings, analytics and corrective actions


Requirements:

  • Possess a degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
