Compliance Director - Manufacturing

This senior management position will lead a global team, strategizing to optimize trade operations that align with the Group's commercial objectives and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of trade compliance programs and initiatives.

• Address all communications, queries, and audits from government agencies.

• Develop and manage global trade management strategy.

• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, internal policies, and regional legal frameworks.

• Promote risk awareness, provide training, monitor regulations, conduct reviews, and support compliance operations.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and initiatives and recommend improvements as necessary.

Qualifications

• Degree in International Business, Trade, Law, Logistics, Engineering, Finance or related discipline.

• 10+ years of experience in managing trade compliance and customs regulations regionally / globally will be a plus.

• Possess significant team management experience.

• Strong understanding of trade regulations.

• Outstanding problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with compliance audits and investigations is a plus.
