Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) reviews.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT and CDD/ECDD frameworks.
• Ability to prepare clear risk assessments and recommendations.
• Proactive communication with business units and clients.
• Managed reviews within defined timelines.

Job description

• Conduct Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) reviews for High and Medium-risk customers within the MSL business sectors, including periodic reviews and event-triggered reviews.
• Perform customer outreach to obtain information and supporting documentation required for review completion, when required.
• Respond to Business Unit’s queries and provide guidance on AML/CFT/PF and CDD/ECDD matters, applying appropriate risk-based judgment and sensitivity.
• Prepare clear, well-supported risk assessments and recommendations.
• Ensure all assigned reviews are completed within stipulated timeline.
• 8.45am to 6.15pm (Mon to Fri)
