Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Compliance Associate – Audit / Regulatory Compliance to support day-to-day regulatory compliance and AML/CFT activities in a central Singapore location near Raffles Place. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a salary commensurate with experience and a 14-day annual leave entitlement.

Candidates with audit experience who wish to transition into regulatory compliance are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Law or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of audit experience in a professional services firm or large organisation.
• Regulatory Compliance and/or AML/CFT experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English with ability to prepare clear compliance documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day regulatory compliance and AML/CFT activities.
• Review Client Due Diligence (CDD) documents and assess client risk classifications.
• Review screening alerts relating to sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and adverse news.
• Support Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Assist in compliance monitoring, testing, documentation and preparation of reports.
• Keep abreast of relevant regulatory developments in Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Support updates to compliance policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate information requests from regulators, auditors and relevant stakeholders.

• Location: Central – Near Raffles Place MRT

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): $S4,000 - $S$4,400 per month + Performance Bonus
