Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and execution of the Singapore Compliance programme, focusing on AML/CFT and Transaction Monitoring;
• Liaise with internal teams (Legal, Payments, IT Security, Assurance) and external agencies, including law enforcement, on compliance matters;
• Maintain operational excellence in compliance tasks and support the team in meeting regulatory obligations;
• Review KYC/CDD, EDD, Transaction Monitoring, and manage AML/CFT escalations;
• Assess digital tokens against internal and regulatory standards prior to listing;
• Respond to RFIs from law enforcement and financial partners;
• Assist in regulatory audits and quality reviews;
• Enhance knowledge of the regulatory framework affecting the company;
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the MLRO/DMLRO.
