About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Complex/Condominium Manager to join our team at Chambers Property Management Services. As the Complex/Condominium Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of a residential property. This is a full-time role, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
What you'll be doing
Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the residential property, including managing maintenance, security, and facility operations
Overseeing the work of on-site staff, such as cleaners, security guards, and maintenance personnel
Liaising with residents, owners, and other stakeholders to address their concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner
Preparing and managing the property's annual budget, including forecasting expenses and monitoring expenditures
Coordinating and supervising the implementation of improvement projects and refurbishments
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the property's value and resident satisfaction
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar complex/condominium management role
Strong knowledge of property management principles, including building maintenance, financial management, and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with residents, owners, and other stakeholders
Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technologies
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing the property management industry
A degree in a relevant field, such as property management, facilities management, or business administration
