Job description

Our client is a leader player in manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Compensation & Systems Analyst to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct Compensation Analysis: Perform regular reviews and analysis of compensation data to support the development of competitive, equitable pay structures aligned with market benchmarks.
  • Market Benchmarking & Strategy Support: Provide insights into market trends and salary benchmarks to inform compensation strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Payroll Processing & Compliance: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory requirements and internal policies.
  • HRIS & Data Management: Maintain HR systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data, and support system enhancements related to payroll and compensation.
  • Audit & Regulatory Compliance: Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to relevant policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present compensation and payroll reports, including pay equity analysis and other key metrics for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance to align payroll with budgeting needs, resolve discrepancies, and support compensation planning.
  • Employee Support & Training: Act as the key contact for payroll and HRIS-related queries, and assist in communicating and training employees on compensation and payroll processes.

Requirements

  • Min Bachelor’s degree with proven, incremental experience in payroll processing, and/or compensation analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and/or compensation benchmarking tools.
  • Proficient in data analysis and generating accurate reports with high attention to detail.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws, tax regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
