Responsibilities

1. Oversee international assignment processes, ensuring smooth transitions related to packages, relocation, and compliance with cross-border requirements.
2. Lead market analysis and compensation reviews to uphold competitive and compliant total rewards practices in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Manage workforce planning cycles and HR budget coordination to support organizational goals across various departments.
4. Collaborate with external partners and authorities to support mobility programs and drive workforce-related initiatives.
5. Prepare data-driven HR reports and dashboards, contributing to audits, systems support, and operational HR tasks when needed.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of relevant experience in a compensation and benefits executive role.
2. Familiar with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Workday HRIS software.
3. Experience with or knowledge of data visualization tools, tax regulations, social security systems, and immigration laws is a plus.
