Role Overview

Reporting to the regional HR Director and collaborating with the Global Total Rewards team, the Compensation and Benefits Manager will provide expertise and support in compensation and benefits to the retail region's HR teams, covering South Asia Pacific, Japan, and Korea.

Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits Reviews and Execution
  • Support HR and business managers with compensation activities such as offers, promotions, and salary adjustments.
  • Conduct benchmarking and job assessments to maintain competitive salary structures aligned with Tiffany standards.
  • Design and analyze reward schemes to support business objectives and ensure global consistency.
  • Stay updated on compensation trends through surveys and networking.
  • Manage insurance renewals with consultants and service providers.
Policies and Practices
  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies aligned with global standards.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
  • Create communication materials for policies and plans.
Process Support and HR Systems
  • Administer global mobility programs and coordinate with vendors.
  • Lead annual global compensation processes, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
  • Maintain data accuracy in Oracle HCM, troubleshoot issues, and generate reports and metrics to inform decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits programs.
  • Experience in international or matrix organizations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
