You Will

  • Design, review, and implement competitive and equitable compensation structures that align with business goals and market trends.
  • Develop and manage the company’s job levelling architecture; evaluate roles across departments using multiple levelling methodologies
  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking using industry surveys and market data to ensure competitiveness across all levels.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs (healthcare, insurance, retirement plans, etc.), ensuring compliance with local laws and market practices.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation decisions,
  • Lead communication initiatives to articulate compensation philosophy and practices clearly to employees and managers.

You Are

  • A strategic thinker – You think beyond the numbers. You connect compensation and benefits to broader talent, performance, and business strategies, while still managing the details of day-to-day execution.
  • Analytically rigorous – You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You’re confident working with complex data sets, conducting compensation analyses, and applying sound judgment to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Fluent in compensation frameworks – You’re comfortable working with multiple job levelling frameworks (e.g., Mercer, Radford, Hay) and can adapt the right methodology to suit different organizational or functional contexts.
  • An influential communicator – You engage confidently with stakeholders across HR, finance, and business teams. You translate complex compensation concepts into clear, actionable recommendations and build alignment across functions.

You Have

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, including at least 3 years focused on job leveling or job evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple levelling frameworks (e.g., Mercer IPE, Radford Global Levels, Hay Methodology, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and compensation tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex compensation structures across countries or regions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
