Our client is a large logistics company with a history of more than 100 years. They are currently looking to hire a Compensation and Benefits Specialist/Manager. This is a regional role.
As a Regional Compensation and Benefits Specialist/Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities designed to ensure that the compensation strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesTo be successful in this role, you should hold a minimum qualification of Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or its equivalent. You have proven experience/track record in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a regional or multi-national capacity. You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage compensation data and market trends, have excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and policy development and are well versed in your knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
