Our client, a renowned global financial institution, is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits professional to join their rewards team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful compensation, benefits, and mobility programs that align with business goals and enhance employee engagement.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will advise stakeholders and internal partners on compensation, mobility, and benefits, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include structuring complex offers (e.g., deferred compensation), leading market benchmarking, developing rewards communication, and supporting incentive modelling and reconciliation. You will also lead the design and execution of key rewards projects and process enhancements. You will also play a lead role in designing and implementing high-impact rewards projects and process improvements.

Requirements
You are degree qualified with over 10 years of relevant experience in compensation and rewards, preferably within the financial services industry. A background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics will be beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and experience with programming or automation tools will be an advantage. You are meticulous, numerically inclined, and skilled at managing a diverse group of stakeholders. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, paired with agility and precision in a dynamic environment, are critical for success in this role.
