Requirements:

• Minimum Dip/Deg in Business or other related courses with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior working experience in salary benchmarking, manpower budgeting and HR status reporting will be an advantage.
• Keen interest in specialising in Compensation and Benefits.
