Responsibilities include providing personalised care, assisting with daily routines, monitoring wellbeing, and supporting social activities. Rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays are required.

Formación

• 1–2 years eldercare or healthcare experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised care, companionship, and support to residents.
• Assist residents with daily routines and lifestyle activities.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of residents' living spaces.
• Support social and recreational activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Ensure care equipment and supplies are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Deliver warm, professional, and service-oriented resident interactions.
• Support daily operational and caregiving duties as assigned.
