Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is advertising for a caregiving role in Singapore. The successful applicant will observe and monitor patients, document vitals, and communicate with patients and relatives.

Duties include assisting with clinical tasks, personal care, showering, diaper changes, infection control, nutrition, and routine safety. Additional administrative paperwork may be required. The role requires teamwork, good interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work in a nursing home with 3 rotating

Qualifications

• Passionate in Healthcare.
• A team player and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to 3 rotating shifts, based in nursing home.

Responsibilities

• Observing, monitoring and recording patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight.
• Communicating with patients and relatives.
• Assisting with clinical duties.
• Assists in patients' showering and living.
• Changing of patient's soiled diapers and drain urine bags.
• Personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety.
• Computer documentation of patient's notes and other administrative duties as assigned.
