There are 4 openings for COMPANY SITE REPRESENTATIVE roles to be filled for a subsea pipelay project in Bukom. The project will commence on April 25 for 1 year, with the possibility of a further 6 months extension.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Project Engineer for daily operations and to the Project Manager functionally.
- Interface with EPCI contractors to ensure adherence to performance standards, drawings, and specifications.
- Provide oversight and coordinate daily activities with EPCI contractors to ensure delivery as per contract.
- Monitor the performance of EPCI construction work against defined acceptance criteria, schedule, and look-ahead plan.
- Oversee the work of company's QA/QC and HSSE site personnel.
- Ensure implementation of the Management of Change procedure at the site.
- Verify and endorse EPCI contractor’s daily reports.
- Coordinate with Construction Manager, Project Engineers, Quality Lead, and HSSE Lead to manage the rotation of Site Representatives effectively.
- Support and promote Project's Goal ZERO for HSSE across all activities.
- Guide HSSE site representatives on applicable HSSE Management Systems, procedures, and safety programs.
- Attend toolbox meetings regularly and report unsafe acts or conditions proactively.
- Ensure EPCI contractor compliance with HSSE requirements of the contract at the site.
- Guide QA/QC site representatives on Quality Management Systems and procedures.
- Ensure EPCI contractor compliance with Quality requirements.
- Assist Project Managers and Engineers in risk management and provide daily updates on developments.
- Report and ensure mitigation of all identified risks.
- Manage interfaces between the company and EPCI contractors proactively at the site.
Requirements
Role 1: GENERAL CSR
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong HSSE and QA orientation.
- Experience as CSP in an offshore environment.
- Experience as Offshore Construction Manager is advantageous.
- Tertiary education is an advantage.
Role 2: CSR on Pipelay Vessel
- Minimum 15 years' experience in subsea pipeline installations, especially large diameter pipelines.
- Experience with diving and ROV operations is mandatory.
- Experience with subsea pipeline repair using hyperbaric welding is advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years' offshore construction experience.
- Familiarity with SBM installation or similar systems involving chain and anchor pile installation, with involvement in at least 3 projects.
- Experience with diving and ROVs is mandatory.
Role 3: CSR on Trenching Vessel
- Minimum 10 years' experience in subsea pipeline construction involving seabed intervention.
- Experience in trenching and backfilling works, with at least 3 previous offshore projects involving these activities.
