- 1-3 years' experience in a company secretarial role, preferably in a professional services firm or corporate environment.

Job description :
- Maintaining statutory records and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Preparing and filing various company forms and returns with the relevant authorities
- Organising and attending board and shareholders' meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and resolutions
- Providing guidance and support to directors and management on corporate governance matters
- Assisting with the incorporation of new companies and the maintenance of existing ones
- Handling share transfers, share capital changes and other corporate transactions
- Communicating effectively with clients, regulators and other stakeholders
Qualification:
- Relevant professional qualification, Chartered Secretaries qualification or equivalent
- With 1-3 years' experience in a company secretarial role, preferably in a professional services firm or a corporate environment
- Understanding of Companies Act, Constitution and corporate governance requirements
- Possess good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely in a team and maintain good client relations
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
