Company Representative / Nominee Director

Ecline Solutions Private Limited is a growing medical distribution company dedicated to bridging the gap between global healthcare innovations and the Indian market. Specializing in providing high-quality, innovative medical products currently unavailable in India, our mission is to ensure customers receive timely deliveries and responsive service when and where they need it most.

We are looking for a Company Representative / Nominee Director to be the operational face of our company. This role offers flexible, remote opportunities with occasional in-person engagements, making it ideal for individuals seeking such dynamics. Prior directorship experience is not mandatory as we are willing to assist in obtaining the necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the operational representative and registered director of the company.
• Participate in virtual meetings with potential distributors, manufacturers, and strategic partners (each compensated at $10 USD).
• Maintain daily communication and availability with our internal team.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, including international medical trade shows held in India.
• Attend in-person meetings with existing or potential partners approximately 24 times per year.
• Review and sign exclusive distribution agreements on behalf of the company as required.
