Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a professional Personal Driver to support the CEO in Central Singapore. The role focuses on safe, reliable transportation to appointments, meetings, and events, with flexibility for personal errands as needed.

A high standard of discretion, punctuality, and service orientation is essential. The schedule is typically Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional Saturday hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience as Personal/Executive/Company Driver or similar role.
• Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license.
• Professional, discreet, punctual and service-oriented with good driving etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for the CEO to business appointments, meetings, events, and other required destinations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while considering traffic and changing itineraries.
• Attend to reasonable personal transportation, errands, dispatch duties, and other driving-related requests as required.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, roadworthy condition and coordinate servicing when needed.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality with the CEO and authorised passengers.

About the Role

My client is looking for a Personal Driver to the CEO to provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for the CEO to business appointments, meetings, events, and other required destinations. The role will also support reasonable personal transportation, errands, and other driving-related requests as required.

This role is ideal for an experienced driver who is professional, discreet, punctual, and service-oriented, with good knowledge of Singapore roads and the flexibility to accommodate changes in the CEO’s schedule.

Salary: $2600 - $3,000 Basic + OT $400 - $500

Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / Sat 4 hours (between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Location: Central Singapore, CBD

Reporting location/drop off location: CBD

Driver will report at the designated location at 8:30 AM and end the day at the same location.
There is no requirement to drive the vehicle home after duty.

Typical Monthly OT: Additional S$400 – S$500

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for the CEO to business appointments, meetings, events, and other required destinations.




• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while considering traffic conditions, appointment schedules, and changes to the itinerary.

• Attend to reasonable personal transportation, errands, dispatch duties, and other driving-related requests when required.




• Maintain flexibility to accommodate changes in the CEO’s schedule, including occasional requirements outside normal working hours.




• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, presentable, comfortable, and roadworthy condition, including routine checks and coordination of servicing or maintenance when required.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times when supporting the CEO and authorised passengers.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A Driving Licence




• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, Company Driver, or in a similar capacity.




• Professional, courteous, reliable, and service-oriented with good driving etiquette.

• Willing to work flexible hours when required according to the schedule
