Job summary

KOWA ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Company Driver to support our management team and staff with safe, punctual transportation and light administration. You will drive to meetings, offices, airports and other appointments, collect documents, and assist with occasional trips to Malaysia.

Responsibilities include maintaining the vehicle, recording mileage and expenses, and providing confidential support to the office. The role is full-time and on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Singapore citizens or permanent residents only.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads.
• Valid passport and ability to travel to Malaysia.
• Clean driving record.
• Punctual, well-groomed and courteous, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work overtime and on weekends/public holidays when required.
• Basic communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive company management, staff and visitors to and from meetings, offices, airports and other appointments.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels and goods as required.
• Perform occasional trips to Malaysia (e.g. Johor Bahru) for business purposes.
• Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, safe and road worthy condition, and arrange servicing, inspections and repairs as needed.
• Keep records of mileage, fuel, tolls, parking and other vehicle-related expenses.
• Provide ad-hoc general and administrative support to the office when required.
• Handle all passengers and information with courtesy and strict confidentiality.
