Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Prior experience as a Company/Executive/Personal Driver is preferred.
• Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic conditions.
• Professional, well-groomed, courteous and service-oriented.
• Flexible to accommodate SVP schedule and business commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated transportation for the Senior Vice President, ensuring safe, comfortable, punctual, and smooth journeys.
• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at appointments and meetings.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive business matters or conversations.
• Adhere strictly to Singapore traffic laws and all applicable safety regulations.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, fuelled, and in excellent operating condition.
• Monitor vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules and coordinate servicing appointments.
• Maintain accurate vehicle usage records, including monthly mileage logs.
• Prepare detailed reports in the event of accidents or incidents.
• Carry out basic vehicle checks and minor maintenance tasks when required.

About the role

The role of a Company Driver is responsible for providing safe, comfortable, discreet, and timely transportation for the Senior Vice President. The successful candidate should present a professional image, demonstrate excellent knowledge of Singapore roads, and be flexible to accommodate the SVP's schedule and business commitments. In addition to driving duties, the driver will be responsible for maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition and supporting other operational tasks when required.

About you
