Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Professional, reliable, and service-oriented with responsibility.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when supporting senior management.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the Senior Vice President and designated passengers, ensuring a comfortable and professional journey.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations in Singapore at all times.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles with emphasis on safety, reliability, and service.
• Carry out daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Perform minor maintenance to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
• Refuel vehicles promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and arrange servicing appointments.
• Keep accurate vehicle usage records, including monthly mileage logs.
• Prepare reports for accidents or incidents in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support and other non-driving tasks as assigned.
