Job description

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and discreet driver to support our Top Management. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe, punctual, and efficient transportation of the Chairman and President to various business and personal engagements. A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and communication skills in Mandarin is essential for this role.

• Provide chauffeuring support to the Chairman and President

• Provide transportation to staff members on official business visits

• Plan routes and navigate traffic to ensure timely arrivals

• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and other transport-related expenses

• Perform routine car inspections to ensure roadworthiness

• Upkeep the cleanliness and maintenance of the Company vehicle

• Perform dispatch and run errands; and any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a company/personal driver or in a similar role

• Possess a valid Class 3 licence with a clean driving record

• Strong knowledge of Singapore roads and safe driving regulations

• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks

• Positive working attitude, high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism

• Proficient in Mandarin for communication with guests

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings, weekends and public holidays if required

• Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge

• Physical ability to assist with loading/uploading luggage and items
