Founded in 1992, Metta Welfare Association is a registered charity in Singapore committed to serving the community regardless of race or religion. Guided by the values of compassion, respect, integrity, harmony, and continuous improvement, Metta provides a comprehensive range of social services across various age and need groups.
Our programmes include:
- Children Care: Early intervention for young children with learning difficulties.
- Special Education: Vocational training for children with mild intellectual disabilities/autism.

Your Role: Community Partnership Executive
As a Community Partnership Executive, you will play a vital role in enhancing Metta’s visibility and deepening engagement with donors, volunteers, partners, and the public. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where your creativity, communication, and relationship-building skills will help amplify our mission and broaden our impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to elevate and strengthen Metta’s brand presence.
- Manage and create vibrant content for our corporate website and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram).
- Craft and manage communication materials, including e-newsletters, to engage donors, volunteers, and partners.
- Build impactful relationships with external stakeholders, including funders, corporates, government bodies, and the public.
- Lead media relations and organize media events to secure favorable coverage for Metta’s initiatives.
- Design and produce corporate publications, such as annual reports, ensuring high-quality submissions.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, banners, signages).
- Support fundraising and outreach events, working closely with the Corporate Partnership team.
- Assist in planning and executing events that amplify Metta’s mission.
- Take on other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager and/or Deputy Executive Director.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Passionate about the social service sector and making a difference.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise and translate with Mandarin-speaking associates).
- Highly creative, resourceful, and proactive in driving results.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and skilled in planning and executing work processes efficiently.
