Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and proactive – eager to learn, take initiative, and work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong research and analytical skills – able to conduct independent research to support campaigns and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities – strong interpersonal skills to engage donors, stakeholders, and the community
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office – skilled in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reports, presentations, and data management
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and resourceful – capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects efficiently
  • Creative with an eye for design – experience in artwork creation or an interest in design is a plus
  • A Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings for events and outreach activities (time off in-lieu will be granted)

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute strategies to expand fundraising efforts, engage the public, and increase community outreach
  2. Lead the planning and execution of impactful community events, digital campaigns, and corporate engagement initiatives
  3. Manage and curate content across corporate websites and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) to enhance engagement and awareness
  4. Develop communication materials, including e-newsletters, appeal letters, and other donor engagement tools
  5. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, such as funders, corporate partners, government agencies, and the public
  6. Oversee the production and upkeep of marketing assets, including brochures, banners, and signage
  7. Support the team with administrative duties for outreach to donors, clients, partners, volunteers and government agencies with the aim to meet the company's mission and objectives
