Job summary

Google LLC, home to YouTube, is seeking a Share Community Partner Manager to grow a thriving creator ecosystem across APAC English-speaking markets.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to drive adoptions for Shopping, Shorts, Brand Deals, and GenAI, while building scalable communications for creators and hosting engaging events.

The role emphasizes fast-paced, proactive collaboration, with a focus on empowering creators and shaping product experiences across YouTube formats.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with digital/social media, creator/community management, communications, content programming, and creative campaign design/management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of fast-rising YouTube creators across formats in APAC English-speaking markets.
• Drive high priority product adoptions for key business priorities such as Shopping, Shorts, Brand Deals, GenAI.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product on trends, campaigns, market feedback and creator insights; develop scaled communication for creator segments.
• Analyze creator feedback and suggest changes to products, policies, and processes to increase creator satisfaction and performance.
• Create scalable communication modules (newsletters, video series) for the Creator Community; host scaled workshops and events.

Share Community Partner Manager, YouTube

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with media and tech in Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Bangladesh and other APAC markets.
• Experience in the video content creation ecosystem (Short-form, Long-form, Podcast, or Live).
• Experience with creator/community management, communications, content programming or creative campaign design/management.
• Ability to communicate in Urdu, Bengali, Mandarin or Bahasa fluently to communicate with creators/stakeholders across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of fast-rising business generation YouTube creators across various formats primarily across a cluster of APAC english-speaking markets.
• Drive high priority product adoptions for key business priorities such as Shopping, Shorts, Brand Deals, GenAI, etc.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product on trends, campaigns, market feedback and creator insights. Develop scaled communication and engagement plans for various segments of the YouTube creator community.
• Analyze creator feedback and recommend/drive changes to existing products, policies, and processes to increase creator satisfaction, activity, and performance.
• Create scaled communication modules (newsletters, video series) for the Creator Community. Host scaled workshops, events (virtual and otherwise) and peer-peer sessions for Shorts creators .
