Responsibilities

  • Proactively anticipate and address the needs and inquiries of members and guests, ensuring their satisfaction at all times.
  • Actively look for ways to connect members within the centre and beyond, enhancing their overall experience and fostering a sense of community.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of office units and telephone systems, handling any related requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate a range of administrative and secretarial services, including postage, courier arrangements, and other ad hoc support, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and professionally.
  • Manage a smooth check-in and check-out experience for members, delivering consistent service excellence.
  • Answer and handle incoming calls with professionalism, maintaining a courteous and service-oriented approach.
  • Troubleshoot routine IT concerns as they arise within the centre and escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
  • Cultivate relationships with third-party suppliers and service providers to enhance operational effectiveness and improve members’ experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services to members, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Provide comprehensive operational support to the local team to drive productivity, cost-effectiveness, and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service roles, open to retail, hospitality or coworking spaces.
  • Demonstrates excellent active listening abilities and conveys information clearly to ensure understanding and follow-through.
  • Works well within a team environment, readily offering assistance and sharing knowledge to achieve common goals.
  • Consistently maintains a neat, professional appearance in alignment with company expectations.
  • Willingness to work on weekends on roster basis, with overtime pay provided.
